What are wireless smart meters and their functions?

The smart meter is the smart terminal of the smart grid. It is no longer an electric energy meter in the traditional sense. In addition to the basic power metering function of the traditional electric energy meter, the smart meter also has two-way multiple functions in order to adapt to the smart grid and the use of new energy. With intelligent functions such as tariff metering functions, user-side control functions, multiple data transmission modes, two-way data communication functions, and anti-theft functions, smart meters represent the future development direction of smart terminals for end users of energy-saving smart grids.

The main function:

1. Prepayment function: pre-collect electricity charges, and automatically switch off when the remaining power reaches zero.

2. Closing and pulling methods: two specifications: internal switch and external control switch.

3. Memory function: The data in the table below can be stored for 10 years in case of power failure.

4. Display function: dual display, the counter displays the accumulated power consumption, and the LED display shows the remaining power and other information.

5. It can detect the flow that can not be detected by ordinary electric meters (such as sockets, wiring boards, etc.). Accurate billing.

6. The intelligent price adjustment mode can intelligently adjust prices for users who consume too much electricity to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
