Precautions for wireless water meters

(1) The measurement accuracy error curve is based on the use of our circuit boards. For other circuit boards, the error is not guaranteed; for open or half-full pipes, they should be installed at U-shaped pipe sections.

(2) The static pressure resistance of the product is 3.2MPa.

(3) The product can only be used in water and homogeneous liquid environment, not in gas;

(4) Please consider preventing signal interference when designing the drive circuit;

(5) In order to prevent accidents caused by work failures, the design of secondary products should be added with anti-failure function; the installation distance should be greater than 10 times the straight pipe diameter in the upstream and more than 5 times the straight pipe diameter in the downstream without any valves, elbows, or variable diameters. For uniform straight pipe sections, the installation point should be sufficiently far away from interference sources such as valves, pumps, high-voltage electricity, and frequency converters.

(6) In order to prevent the sensor from malfunctioning, working failure or performance degradation, avoid using this product under the following or similar conditions: a. Strong shock or vibration; b. Dissolved organic matter environment; c. Over allowable input Voltage.
