1. Environmental conditions: under the conditions of room temperature and relative humidity of not more than 80%

2. In the experiment, the auxiliary circuit whose reference voltage is not more than 40V is grounded.

3. Add one end of the 2KV experimental voltage to all connected voltage terminals, current terminals and all auxiliary terminals with a reference voltage greater than 40V. The other end is added to the metal part accessible from the outside of the electric energy meter and the grounding terminal button of the casing (if the electric energy meter casing is insulated, it is added to the conductive plate on which the casing is placed).

4. The experimental voltage should rise from zero to the specified value in a balanced manner within (5-10) s, keep it for 1min, and then drop to zero at the same speed.

5. The result of the experiment is that the insulation should not be broken down, and the electric energy meter should work normally after the experiment.

6. The electric energy meter that has passed the withstand voltage test is transferred to the primary school.

7. The unqualified electric energy meter shall indicate the fault phenomenon, fill in the "Disposal of Unqualified Products", put it in the to-be-processed turnover box and transfer it to the rework station.
