1. Water meter diameter: choose a water meter with a suitable diameter. Secondly, to ensure the stability of the water meter measurement, there should be a straight pipe section several times the diameter of the meter before and after the meter.
2. Installation location: Choose a location that is easy to disassemble, easy to read the measurement data of the water meter, and avoid exposure to rain, flooding, pollution, and external electromagnetic interference. Try to choose a dry place without direct sunlight to improve the service life of the water meter. When the temperature is below zero, in addition to thermal insulation of the water meter and water pipe, the valve at the inlet of the water meter should be closed when no water is used. And open the drain valve and the faucet at the outlet to prevent the water in the water meter from freezing and swelling and damage.
3. During installation: sand and gravel and other sundries should be avoided from entering the water meter pipeline, causing the metering failure. 4. When disassembling the water meter, do not use brute force to avoid damage to the water meter.
