There are many manufacturers of low-voltage centralized meter reading systems developed and produced in China, and the success rate and accuracy of meter reading are quite high. On the basis of this type of system, secondary development and expansion of functions can realize functions such as pre-charging electricity bills, remote cutting/restoring power supply, real-time reading of electricity meter data, real-time online monitoring, and timing line loss analysis.
The structure of the remote control prepaid centralized meter reading system is roughly the same as that of the general centralized meter reading system, which is mainly composed of a background management system, a concentrator, an electric energy meter and a communication channel. The system adopts a distributed architecture: the upper layer is connected between the background management system and the concentrator through a mobile wireless network; the lower layer is connected between the concentrator and the prepaid electricity meter through low-voltage electricity.
Background management system
The background management system is the management platform for the remote control of the centralized meter reading system. It is the nerve of the system and undertakes the management of the entire system, including meter data transcription, meter on-off control, etc. The specific functions are as follows:
1. File management function. The system needs to establish an operator file and give the corresponding operation authority. Create a station area file and register the information parameters of each area concentrator. Create meter files and register the information of all meters in each district, including meter address, meter type, power consumption type, phase sequence type, magnification, and meter model. If necessary, the user information corresponding to the registered electricity meter can be added.
2. Meter reading data management mainly includes data query, data maintenance, meter fault self-check, and line loss data analysis functions. And can analyze timing data (from the historical bottom), and can manually set the bottom of the month: when the bottom of the table cannot be copied due to equipment failure, the method of manual entry is used to supplement the bottom of the meter (or a batch of).
3. Concentrator management function. Including loading and reading parameters, it is used to load the file data of the concentrator and meter correctly registered by the host computer into the concentrator device, and read the loaded data so that the operator can check whether the loaded data is correct. There is also a protocol check function to confirm whether the protocol used in the communication between the concentrator and the upper computer is the same. The time adjustment function can automatically adjust the time of the concentrator regularly to ensure the accuracy of the time of the concentrator. At the same time, the concentrator can broadcast the time of the electricity meter under its jurisdiction to ensure the consistency of time.
4. Data transcription and power-on and power-off control and management functions. Copy all the meters under the concentrator, copy the bottom of the meter and copy the time. It can also transcribe the data and status of a single meter in real time. The power supply can be controlled by controlling the on-off of the meter relay.
5. The function of interfacing with the electricity marketing management system to realize real-time data exchange between the two systems.
