When the management personnel of the remote meter reading system need to obtain the data in the remote water meter or need to control the remote water meter, the meter reading charging system will send the instruction to the GPRS communication service software. It is forwarded by the GPRS/NB-IoT communication service software to the designated GPRS communication device, and then forwarded to the designated wireless remote water meter. The data to be acquired or the execution result of the control action are sent by the wireless remote water meter to the GPRS communication device. It is then forwarded to the GPRS communication service software on the central server. Then, it is forwarded to the meter reading charging software by the GPRS communication service software and displayed to the operator by the meter reading charging software or used for the next step.
