What Are the Implementation Functions and Data Acquisition of The Remote Meter?
Implementation function:
By adding sensors to the existing electricity meters, water meters and gas meters, the remote meter head can not only display the metering data on the spot, but also generate relevant metering pulse signals. The sensor is essentially a pulse generating circuit unit based on magnetoelectric conversion technology or photoelectric conversion technology. The meter head of the remote meter is a mechanical turntable type. The magnetic induction probe is installed on a certain scale of the detection meter head, and the interference of the external magnetic field is prevented by magnetic shielding, so that a general watch can be transformed into the meter head of a remote electric meter. The number of turns of the rotating shaft is sent to the data collector through the output end of the probe assembly, and the data becomes the measurement data through a certain magnification calculation. For example, adding a Hall element and a magnet to an existing water meter with turntable counting can form a sensor based on magnetoelectric conversion technology. The Hall iron is installed on the counting plate. When the turntable rotates once, the permanent magnet passes through the Hall element once, and a corresponding metering pulse is generated at the signal end, and its working voltage is provided by the collector. Similarly, photoelectric conversion technology can be used to generate metering pulses to achieve the purpose of remote electric meters.
Data collection:
The data collector is a data acquisition device with a single-chip microcomputer as the core. It is used to collect detection header data, wire trimming alarm, real-time data storage, and communication with the upper controller. It is generally installed near the detection header of each household. Its main function is to collect and detect the header data, accumulate the header data, and upload it to the upper controller through the system bus. It generally has 4 or 8 channels, and each channel is connected to a detection meter. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the system, the data collector should have the storage function of the bottom data and the collected data. At the same time, it should have functions such as user line trimming, system bus disconnection, and power failure alarm. The data collector is generally installed near the head of the test. For example, the collectors on the same floor can be centrally installed in the weak current shaft on the same floor. The power supply for the data collector is centrally provided by the UPS.
