Heat Meter
Classification of heat meter
Mechanical heat meter, ultrasonic heat meter, electromagnetic heat meter.
Principle of heat meter:
A pair of temperature sensors are respectively installed on the ascending pipe and descending pipe passing through the heat carrier fluid, and the flowmeter is installed on the fluid inlet or return pipe. The final measurement results are also different depending on the installation position of the flowmeter. The flowmeter sends out a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, a pair of temperature sensors gives an analog signal representing the temperature, and the calculator collects the signals from the flow rate and temperature sensors, and uses the calculation formula to calculate the heat obtained by the heat exchange system.
Selection of heat meter
The specific selection of the size of the heat meter should not simply be based on the size of the pipe diameter but should be selected according to the working capacity of the meter. You can first calculate the required power of the heat meter according to the size of the actual area. Then select the corresponding heat meter according to the calculated nominal flow value. The pressure loss of the pipe network caused by the heat meter is inversely proportional to the flow rate, and the quality of the meter shows the size of the pressure loss value.
Installation of heat meter.
① Before installing the household heat meter, check whether the filter lock valve is clean and the seal is not damaged.
②The pipelines must be kept clean before installation of the household heat meter.
③It must be installed horizontally on the water supply branch pipe, and the water flow direction is the same.
④The heat meter is connected with the filter and elbow to ensure a certain installation distance (the front 5D, the rear 3D, that is, the front of the meter is not less than 5 times the pipe diameter and the back is not less than 3 times the pipe diameter).
⑤Probe installation, the red probe is installed on the return ball valve, and the blue probe is installed on the front end of the water supply (or according to the brand of the heat meter).
⑥The quality of the signal line is not less than 4×0.75mm.
⑦Line pipe adopts PVC or KBD pipe.
⑧The antenna has no damage to the fixed place. The distance between the antenna and the fixed place of the antenna is more than 30 cm, and the antenna head is upward. The antenna that leads to the outdoor can be placed easily.
