Household Gas Meter
Classification of gas meter:
Outdoor general meter, IC card gas meter, wired remote gas meter, radio remote reading gas meter, infrared digital gas meter, membrane gas meter, information security IoT gas meter.
Principle of gas meter:
Using the pressure difference during the flow of the gas in the meter as the driving force, the distribution of the gas flow direction is controlled by the relative position of the valve seat and the valve cover. The bellows of the gas meter consists of two identical gas measuring chambers on the left and right, and each gas measuring chamber is divided into two identical small measuring chambers by a soft diaphragm. When the distributed gas enters the four small metering chambers in turn, it pushes the diaphragm to swing freely. The movement of the diaphragm assembly drives the linkage mechanism through the rocker and makes the valve cover rotate, thereby controlling the inflation and exhaust of each metering chamber in turn, so that the gas meter continuously circulates. At the same time, the eccentric rotating gear of the link mechanism drives the mechanical one-way counter to count through the transmission of the gear, and finally the exhaust volume of the gas meter is displayed through the counter.
Selection of gas meter:
The measurement accuracy of the gas meter is selected as ±1% to ±2%. The user's normal gas consumption is selected within the range of 20%~85% of the range. According to the actual flow range of the gas to be measured, reasonably select the corresponding gas meter model and specification. The gas load of gas equipment under normal conditions is the main basis for the selection of gas meters. It is recommended that customers in the catering industry generally prefer membrane gas meters and gas waist gas meters. Customers who use water heaters, boilers, etc. generally choose smart gas waist wheel gas meters, and they should be equipped with temperature and pressure compensation devices.
Installation of gas meter:
1. The gas meter can only be placed on the bracket horizontally, not inclined, and the vertical deviation of the meter is 1cm.
2. The inlet and outlet pipes of the gas meter should be made of steel pipes or lead pipes, and the threaded connections should be tight. The lead pipes should be bent into an arc shape, keep the diameter of the lead pipes unchanged, and should not be concave.
3. The horizontal branch pipe in front of the table is sloping to the riser, and the horizontal branch pipe behind the table is sloping to the stove. The union of the low epitope connecting the horizontal branch pipe of the stove shall not be set on the stove board.
4. When the inlet and outlet of the gas meter are connected with the meter, pay attention to the connection direction to prevent the wrong installation. The side end of the single pipe joint is connected to the air inlet pipe, and the top end is connected to the air outlet pipe.
5. A rubber sealing ring must be installed at the lower end connection surface, and the rubber ring of the device must not be twisted and deformed to prevent air leakage.
6. Under normal circumstances, the left side of the person facing the dial is the intake pipe, and the right side is the outlet pipe. When installing, it should be installed according to the product manual of the gas meter to avoid wrong installation.
7. After the gas meter is installed, the tightness test should be carried out. The test medium uses compressed air, the pressure is 300mm high water column, and the pressure drop within 5min is not more than 20mm water column is qualified.
