Several Forms and Precautions of Photovoltaic Power Generation Guarantee (2)

Precautions For Photovoltaic Power Generation Guarantee

The following is a detailed description of the issues that need to be paid attention to.

1. Power generation or equivalent utilization hours guarantee:

Agent operation and maintenance service providers need to consider the following factors when making power generation commitments:

(1) Power generation losses caused by external factors of force majeure to the power station. For example, the preventive maintenance of equipment, the power outage of routine maintenance of the power grid, the load-limited operation of the power station, and the impact of bad weather such as floods, lightning, strong wind, hail, and mudslides on the power station.

(2) The power generation loss caused to the power station due to improper selection of the owner's equipment, design and construction defects, and other defects is not within the scope of the agency operation and maintenance party's guarantee.

(3) Due to the power generation estimated by the simulation software, the light resources used belong to the historical average data, commonly known as the typical meteorological year data. The guaranteed power generation will be higher than the guaranteed power generation in the event of a big year for solar resources. In case of a small year of light resources, the guaranteed power generation should be reduced after comparing the actual radiation data with the data of a typical meteorological year.

(4) In addition, in order to obtain more accurate light resource data, a high-precision radiation instrument should be installed in the square array of the photovoltaic power station, and it should be installed at the slope angle of the photovoltaic array. During scheduled operation and maintenance, radiation instruments should be regularly maintained to ensure clean and normal operation, and to ensure accurate and complete radiation data throughout the year.

(5) If the capacity of the photovoltaic power station does not meet the design requirements, or the capacity of the photovoltaic power station is gradually connected to the grid, the calculation shall be based on the actual average grid-connected capacity. In actual calculation, the daily equivalent utilization hours can be calculated first. The monthly equivalent utilization hours are the addition of daily data, and the quotient of monthly electricity and monthly equivalent utilization hours is the monthly average grid-connected capacity.
