Rotor-Type Water Meter Product Features and Installation Precautions
Rotor water meters are suitable for measuring the total amount of one-way water in small diameter pipes. For example, domestic water consumption is measured through pipes with diameters of 15mm and 20mm. It is mainly composed of casing, impeller measuring mechanism, deceleration mechanism and indicator. It has the characteristics of simple structure. Rotor-type water meter adopts electronic direct reading technology, pointer plus word wheel dual display mode, and built-in smart chip. The following are the characteristics and installation precautions of the rotor-type water meter compiled for you:
1. Product Features:
1). All technical indicators are in line with CJ/T 224-2006 "Electronic Remote Water Meter" standard.
2). The dry base meter is used, and the intelligent control module is fixed on the internal circuit board of the water meter.
3). The integrated design of the table and valve, the valve can be added in the table, and the remote-control valve is supported, with superior performance.
4). Micro power consumption design, built-in large-capacity lithium battery, can ensure the normal use of the water meter for more than 6 years.
5). Anti-freezing function: The whole watch applies special technology, which can improve the anti-freezing performance within -8°C.
6). Real-time reading function: through the remote meter reading platform software, the real-time reading function can be realized.
7). Battery voltage reading function: battery voltage data through remote meter reading platform software.
8). Support ladder water price, support prepaid, postpaid.
2. Installation requirements:
1). To ensure the most accurate measurement, install a straight pipe of the same diameter as the cross-section before the meter inlet.
2). The diameter of the connecting pipes upstream and downstream of the water meter cannot be reduced.
3). It is recommended to install check valves and filter equipment.
5). Before installing the water meter, clean the pipeline in advance to avoid foreign matter in the pipeline from damaging the water meter.
6). The direction of water flow on the water surface should be consistent with the pipeline.
7). After installing the water meter, slowly pour water into the pipe to prevent the high-speed airflow from damaging the water meter.
8). The installation location should ensure that the pipes are filled with water and that air bubbles do not concentrate in the meter. Avoid installing the water meter at the highest point of the pipe.
