This solution is mainly to remotely manage the electricity meter (or water meter) in the apartment or office building. The main station service center is set up in the property management office. The main station communicates with the remote intelligent remote electricity meter and water meter through the local area network to realize remote automatic meter reading management.
1. System introduction:
This network centralized meter reading system is a remote water and electricity meter reading management system developed by our company. It is composed of the photoelectric direct reading water meter, an intelligent remote electricity meter, a regional manager and collector, and a central server. The collector collects the user's water and electricity consumption data in real-time and collects the flow data of each merchant's water meter and electricity meter to the server through the TCP/IP network. Compared with traditional manual meter reading and telephone line meter reading, it greatly improves efficiency.
2. Composition of the reading system:
It is composed of a central server, area managers, collectors, intelligent water meters, and power meters. The area manager supports RS 485, TCP/IP multiple interfaces.
Software of reading system
The master station management system software runs under the Windows environment, adopts the visual design, the operation is flexible and convenient, the function is complete, and the data security is high. The database can be SQL2005 database or SQL2008 database. This software mainly has the following functions: equipment management, user management, regional statistical report query, meter reading, automatic meter reading, data query, real-time meter reading, etc.
* Regional management: Enter the information of the area where the user is located, such as building name or floor number, etc.
* Chart type management: Enter the various type of meters, the system can read many protocols of water meters, electricity meters, heat meters, or gas meters.
* Bill management: Enter the consumption unit price of the electricity meter, water meter, or gas meter.
* Equipment management: Input of TCP zone manager data.
* User data management: Enter the information of each user, including the user number, name, room number, meter type, meter number, the unit price of the allocated consumption, and the area where it is located.
* Meter reading: Under this function, users can complete manual meter reading, automatic meter reading, and can read all meters, meters of a certain building, meters of a certain floor, or real-time reading of the current reading of any water meter or electricity meter.
* Report query: 24-hour usage report, daily report, monthly report, and annual report can be inquired
* Chart query: Generate 24-hour usage line graphs, daily usage, and monthly usage line graphs in real-time
* General meter query: You can query the readings, usage, and costs of the floor master meter and the building master meter; the usage allocation function of the master meter and sub-meters can be customized according to the needs of Party A;
* Data query: query user information, meter reading fault query, report output (EXCEL and PDF).
