Pulse signal processing of smart water meter

For the pulse signal from the transmitting base table, the "anti jitter" processing shall be carried out in the software design. Because in real life, we often encounter such a situation: when a certain amount of air enters the water pipe, open the tap to use water, and the water pipe will vibrate instantaneously. If the position of the magnetic steel and the reed is just in the critical state, we will keep sending the pulse signal to the CPU, so that the CPU can not count correctly. The corresponding measure is to delay appropriately after the CPU receives a pulse signal (as long as the delay is less than the maximum closing time of the magnetic steel and the dry reed when the water meter is overloaded). Then check whether the signal still exists. If not, it is considered as a false signal.
