Investigative Methods for Anti-Theft of Electricity (1)
Electricity inspectors should have a set of investigation methods when investigating the theft of electricity. These methods mainly include the visual inspection method, electricity inspection method, instrument inspection method, and economic analysis method, which can be referred to as the "four methods of electricity inspection".
1. visual inspection
The so-called intuitive inspection method is to use the human senses to check the electric energy meter, check the connecting line, check the transformer, and find the clues of electricity stealing by means of the mouth, the eyes, the nose, and the touch.
Check the energy meter
Mainly visually check whether the installation of the electric energy meter is correct and firm, whether the lead seal is as it is, whether the case is mechanically damaged, whether the electric energy meter is selected correctly, whether the operation is normal, etc.
(1) Check whether the case is in good condition. It mainly depends on whether there is mechanical damage, and whether the screws of the cover and junction box are complete and firm.
(2) Check whether the meter is installed correctly. Whether A is inclined, it should be installed vertically under normal circumstances, and the inclination should not be greater than 20. Whether the reservation of the incoming and outgoing lines of B is too long. Whether there is mechanical vibration, heat source and magnetic field interference at the installation place. D whether the lock is locked.
(3) Check whether the meter is installed securely. A Whether the fixing screws of the meter are in good condition and firm. Whether the incoming and outgoing wires of the meter B are fixed.
(4) Whether the meter selection is correct.
A. Whether the selection of the meter model is correct, such as whether the three-phase three-wire power user chooses a three-element meter or a two-element meter.
B. Whether the selection of the current capacity is correct, the load current under normal conditions should be within the range of 10%~100% of the rated current of the meter. As for whether to choose a wide-load electric energy meter with a large load change, if it is connected through a transformer, a 1.5~6A wide-load electric energy meter should also be used.
(5) Check the operation of the meter.
A. Looking at the turntable, under normal continuous load conditions, the speed should be stable and not reversed.
B. Listening to the sound, there should be no friction sound and intermittent jamming sound.
C. Touch vibration, under normal circumstances, there should be no vibration when touching the case by hand. Otherwise, it means that the mechanical transmission in the watch is not stable, and the sound and vibration often appear at the same time.
(6) Check the lead seal. This is the most meticulous and important step when checking the meter. As far as the new tamper-proof lead seal is currently used, the following three steps should be paid attention to when checking the lead seal:
A. Check whether the lead seal has been unsealed. You can look carefully with your eyes, and if necessary, you can use a magnifying glass to take a closer look. The surface of the normal lead seal should be smooth, flat, and intact. Once the seal is unsealed, it will destroy the original appearance, and it is impossible to restore it. In addition, you can also use your fingers to touch the surface of the lead seal, and judge by the feel.
B. Check whether the type of lead seal is correct. According to the regulations on the classification and scope of use of lead seals in this power supply site, check the logo words of the lead seals, that is, the words school meter, inspection, and line damage class, each of which has its corresponding scope of authority. If it does not correspond, it is the behavior of stealing electricity.
C. Determine whether the lead seal has been counterfeited. All kinds of lead seals can be brought with them, and they can be checked against the on-site lead seals.
① Check whether the handwriting and symbols are the same.
② Check whether there is anti-counterfeiting identification, and whether the identification marks match. Usually, it is quite difficult for the seal handwriting to be perfectly anti-counterfeiting, and it is not difficult to distinguish it carefully. If some unobservable anti-counterfeiting marks are appropriately added, and these marks have a high degree of confidentiality, the anti-counterfeiting effect will be better, and it will be easier to judge the authenticity.
