Electric Meter Remote Meter Reading System Scheme
The whole scheme of remote centralized meter reading is composed of: the electric meter with 485 communication, our electric meter wireless collector and the remote meter reading software installed on the computer, which does not need to be equipped with a concentrator and a receiving terminal.
Installation method: connect the 485 port of the meter to the meter collector, insert a flow card into the collector, each meter collector has a number. Then install the software on the computer, open the software, and enter the meter collector's data on it. Serial number and meter number, you can read the meter immediately, and you can also set up automatic meter reading at regular intervals, which is very simple and convenient.
Collector: One meter collector can collect 32 electricity meters.
Software: A set of software can be used with permanent authorization.
Electricity meter: The electric meter needs to have the 485 function. If the existing electric meter has the 485 function, you can read the meter only with our company's collector and software.
Remote meter reading is an intelligent acquisition system for wireless water, electricity, and gas meters in residential areas. Realize time-of-use electricity price statistics and time period power control. The remote meter reading system is designed to realize real-time and reliable data reading of three meters (electric meter, water meter, gas meter) remotely. The device realizes the remote meter reading task with the triple network structure of star/vertical line/radio communication. Connect n MDM (mechanical digital meter) electricity meters (for example: n=32) to a data collector through a star network. The data collector is connected to the radio through a vertical network, and one vertical network can connect m collectors (for example, m=128). Therefore, a subnet can share a station with nm=32×128 meters. This is a triple network structure consisting of star-vertical-wireless. The elements of this network structure are electricity meters, water meters or gas meters (hereinafter referred to as three meters), data collectors, and radio transceiver stations.
