*The card is not sensitive
Since the IC card smart water meter uses an IC card to read information, the card slot is exposed to the outside for a long time, and it is easy for foreign objects to enter, and it will not be sensitive after the card is inserted. When using an IC card smart water meter, the user should pay special attention to whether there are foreign objects in it. If it is found that it needs to be cleaned in time, please ensure that the card slot is clean.
*Turn on the faucet and no water flow out
In this case, there may be no water left in the card and it can only be charged in time. If there is still no water after filling, the front valve on the meter inlet may also not be open. You can ask the hotel to open the front valve of the water meter. If there is still no water, a detailed test is required.
*Small water output
A clogged faucet filter may result in a small amount of water coming out. Try again after cleaning; this can also be caused by insufficient water pressure, especially during peak water usage periods. If both conditions are excluded, the valve opening may not fully affect the water output.
*The display shows the lock-off valve
This situation is usually affected by the outside world, such as being attacked by a strong magnetic field or a strong vibration from the outside world, so the water meter will receive the signal and automatically close the valve. In this case, you can find the property or the relevant department to unlock it.
*Do not write water purchase information
This phenomenon can be caused by incorrect card placement or quick card removal. When inserting the card, double check that the card is inserted in the correct position, wait for the data to be written, and then remove the card.
*The meter reading water consumption is inconsistent with the base meter display
If the sensor installed on the base meter has a reliability failure, or fails, or the anti-magnetic interference is unreliable, or the power signal connection is interrupted, contact the management department for re-commissioning or maintenance.
*If the water meter stop
Stones, wooden bars, etc. in the water cause the gear to break or lose its transmission function. Contact the management office or the manufacturer to change the meter.
